Kanye West went on a Twitter rant early Saturday afternoon celebrating his latest G.O.O.D. Friday release, "So Appalled." The posse track, which leaked Friday (Sept. 24), featured Jay-Z, the RZA, Swizz Beatz, Pusha T and rap newcomer Cyhi the Prince. "'So Appalled' might be my personal favorite Good Friday song, so far," he tweeted to his followers. "It's just my favorite style of [hip-hop] done very modern."
Yeezy also is feeling good about the songs for his upcoming duet project with Jay-Z called Watch the Thrown (reportedly due in stores Nov. 23). So far, the LP features beats by Pete Rock, Q-Tip and Madlib. "Music is so fun right now," he tweeted. "[Hip-hop] is alive. The [hip-hop] I always loved . . . an extension of what me and Jay did on [Blueprint 3]." West also added, "We don't play by radio rules . . . we come together as a family and give the fans what they need."
