Shad is a dope Canadian rapper whose been getting a lot of buzz and good reviews for his impressive third LP TSOL. It's very good "rapp-ity rap" album with great beats and strong lyrical content. I reccommend you take a listen.

Directed by Sarah Michelle Brown, the video for "Keep Shining" features women of diverse backgrounds reciting the inspirational words rapped brilliantly by Shad.

This is a great video with a much-needed message for our young ladies. Shine on.
